Greater Green Bay Chamber Economic Development Council appoints Vasquez as new chair

Green Bay, Wisconsin (October 5, 2021) – The Economic Development Council of the Greater Green Bay Chamber has appointed Manny Vasquez, vice president of business development for NAI Pfefferle, as its new president.

The board is made up of representatives from the private, municipal and educational sectors to promote economic development in the Grand Green Bay area.

“I am honored to chair the Greater Green Bay Chamber Economic Development Board and look forward to working with Kelly, her staff and the rest of the board in this new role,” said Vasquez. “The work of this organization would not be possible without the investment of businesses and local leaders. It is their support that allows us to continue to focus on workforce and business development initiatives that will benefit the entire region.

In his current role at NAI Pfefferle – a full-service commercial real estate company – Vasquez is responsible for developing and managing client relationships and growth strategies in the brokerage, advisory and real estate management segments of the company in throughout the state of Wisconsin. It also leverages Pfefferle’s affiliation with NAI Global, the world’s largest network of independent commercial real estate companies, to provide extensive market coverage to local clients with multiple locations and needs.

Vasquez replaces outgoing president Paul Evert, village administrator of the Village of Howard. His first meeting as president will take place on Thursday, October 21.
